Help protect yourself and your lawn sprinkler system from unexpected problems and repairs. The Service Agreement Plan is transferable if you sell your home to the new owners or to your new home in the central Arkansas area.
A lawn sprinkler system service agreement plan includes two visits per year (spring & winter). If a plumbing system service agreement is purchased with a lawn system agreement, the plumbing and sprinkler visits will be done on the same visit. |
A Sprinkler Service Agreement includes the following:
Spring startup includes:
- Re-installing your R.P.Z.A. (backflow preventer)
- Turning on sprinkler water meter
- Adjusting the time clock
- Running the system & checking all zones
- Check for leaking pipes
Winter shut-down include:
- Turning off the time clock
- Turing off sprinkler water meter
- Disconnecting and storing your R.P.Z.A.
- Draining and flushing system
- Covering R.P.Z.A. connections
